It’s a great little apartment and well located just needs a little attention Positive: Location and terrace Negative: Two windows could not be closed and locked Shower grout needed exit mould Two lights in the ceiling could not be turned off making it difficult to sleep

Brilliant stay here over Christmas Day. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby and easy to get into public tra Positive: The penthouse studio 8 was exactly as photographed. Clean, tidy and well presented with enough facilities. Negative: Can be noisy due to busy night club on the street however this is not the fault of the owner.

Positive: The room was clean and great location Negative: The wifi provided wasn’t available

Excellent Positive: The best place I’ve stayed while in south Yarra. My partner stayed a day and night with me too and said the same. So cost but had everything you needed and more and the location is top notch.

Beautiful place. Unfair work and a lot of noise Positive: Awesome location and beautiful room. We were very happy with the room Negative: They were doing work on the roof up until 7pm of the property. A lot of noise and not a lot of understanding or notice given to us about this prior. They apologised but it still made the stay with my partner very difficult due to the noise and workers being on site
