Good accommodation close to tram and rail with shopping and good cafes nearby.

Will never ever stay here again, had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with 2 big bags of luggage like its the 1930s, elevators exist you know? communication is an absolute 0, spammed my phone because THEY had a problem on their end with my card for payment and only brought it up 4 days into our stay, talk about scammy disorganised, completely ruined our budget for the trip. ALSO, beware of the size of the room, i could become an olympic jumper from all the jumping i had to do to get around. I liked the laundry tho :) everything else was terrible I wish I stayed with the homeless people outside chapel >:(
