Luxury New South Yarra Studio - Studio 7

Location not Comfort Positive: Location was good. Negative: 46 stairs to get to the room, I asked how many floors before stay & answer was a couple of flights. Tiny bathroom with poor temp control of water. Toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. No toaster & only 1 fork but 2 of evrrything else. 2 boxex tissues each with 1 tissue each No outdoor rubbish bins Parking was bad. It is in a church yard & although we reserved a park it wasn't available on day 2 as other people parked in it. Response from contact was not helpful. I suggest improved customer service is to allocate a definite parking spot to each guest who requests it, not roulette of being left what hadnt been taken. Washing machine in lobby, free to use but people left their items in there overnight 🫤

Convenient and good enough. Positive: Convenient location, good price and easy stay. Negative: The lock on the door was on its last legs, looked like someone had smashed it in before, but it still worked. I don’t mind a few flights of stairs but others may not appreciate no elevator.

Comfortable and convenient Positive: The room was very comfy and well stocked with all I needed for my stay. The location was great for my needs and it was easy to find food for dinner. I would use this fascility again in the future. Negative: The shower head needs to be repaired as it sprays out to the sudes
