Positive: Location Easy to check in Friendly, helpful, and responsive staff Negative: Cleaning needs attention (partly resolved by doing own cleaning with what was available) Fridge broken (resolved by buying ice nearby and notified hotel on departure) Roller shutter was broken but fixed during stay Toilet seat broken (notified hotel on departure)

Good stay! Positive: Nice little studio tucked away off Chapel Street, with French doors. Especially liked the comfortable bed and fresh flowers. Host was responsive and helpful. Lovely shower. Tea/coffee making facilities and a microwave. Private and secure. Negative: The fridge wasn't very efficient. There's a large loudly-humming pipe outside the window, apparently from a restaurant below - fine when the window's closed though.

Melbourne Stay Positive: Great value for money. Situated close to public transport and cafes etc. Host was very friendly. Parking was secure. The view offered great privacy. Negative: Initial response on parking enquiry from host was delayed.
