Exciting New South Yarra Studio - Studio 4

Not worth it. Positive: Bed was acceptably comfy. Negative: Didn't like that the AC wasnt working but the central heating appeared to be. Sent a message to the accommodation and received no response. Didn't like the pasta restaurant downstairs blasting club music from 8am-11pm every day. It literally shook the walls on our third floor room. Didn't like that the fridge stopped working. Didn't like that on the final morning, some tradespeople came into the laneway to work with power tools. Then get a knock on the door at 8am by some person asking when we are leaving. Told them we are leaving by checkout at 11am. Then another knock at 9.30 by another person asking the same question. The third and final knock was at 10.30 by housekeeping, which is an understandable one. The other two are just ridiculous.

A near perfect stay. Positive: The location was great, where I needed to walk to everyday, and close to the fresh food market. Negative: Trying to control the hot water for the shower.

Don’t book here if you intend to sleep. Negative: Dont book here if you want a place to sleep. Booked for 4 days, left after checking in for 4hours. Checked in at 7pm and left 11:45pm. Have not yet heard back from the property manager and it’s been weeks. Texted, called and emailed but to no avail. The noise level should be stated on description because could not sleep even on a Thursday night. Could feel vibration of the music on the bed.
